William Ng - President

William has been in the janitorial industry since 1978. Before running his own business, he worked for major janitorial companies in Calgary and Vancouver, with extensive coverage ranging from cleaning supervision in educational institutions, top grade commercial buildings, hospital and medical centres to retail shopping malls. His vast experience was further enhanced by being a professional cleaning consultant to a prominent financial institution in Hong Kong. He has excellent knowledge on all cleaning operations and customer services.

He oversees and directs the Company, with focus on exploring new avenues to improve customer services, budgeting and streamlining operations to enhance customer satisfaction and reaching out to expand market share in the janitorial industry.

Desmond Duong - Customer Relations Manager

As a professional with over 20 years of customer service, key account management, business development and solution selling experience, Desmond is always focused on delivering the highest level of customer service to his clients. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a major in Marketing and has experience in the fast moving consumer goods industry as well as print advertising, and customized technical training.

Desmond is responsible for the daily liaison with tenants and coordination with all the maintenance personnel. He is accountable for all direct client services as well as ensuring the operations is abreast of all current tenant/landlord issues.

He conducts regular inspections for each building with the respective building engineer or building superintendent. This is completed with a detailed building inspection report. He addresses clients' concerns and follow-up with tenants with calls and visits derived from these reports in addition to the regular calls and visits.

Spectrum Management Team is constantly looking for ways to improve our services, communications and understanding of the changing needs of our clients and the tenants.

Ann Tongson - Operations Manager

With over 20 years of experience in janitorial management and client services, Ann currently serves as Operations Manager, overseeing operational performance. She bring a comprehensive understanding of large scale cleaning operations, staff management and service delivery excellence.

Throughout her career, Ann has successfully managed day to day operations across triple-A building complexes and major financial banking institutions, ensuring that all contractual requirements, quality standards and safety protocols are consistently met. Her expertise includes developing and implementing operational strategies, training and leading team. She is dedicated to maintaining the highest levels of service quality and client satisfaction while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance within every account.

Ann is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Company, ensuring all cleaning issues including concerns and requests, whether routine or extra schedule, are completed to the entire satisfaction of tenants, landlords and building management.

She works closely with our Manager, Customer Relations to monitor the quality of services through nightly site inspections and following up on all concerns identified. She meets daily with Area Supervisors to review work progress, ensures continuity of service standards and directs a strong work force.
