Whereas other cleaning companies contract jobs out to individuals, Spectrum’s 100+ cleaning crew are all uniformed, full-time staff that trained in-house to ensure a consistently high level of performance. In case of an emergency, we are able to deploy cleaning staff within minutes.
To ensure our staff are abreast of the latest developments in the janitorial field, our Area Supervisors attend four to five training courses a year. These courses include a broad spectrum of topics from basic to detail cleaning and people management. Our equipment and chemical suppliers also train Spectrum staff on the latest products and equipment.
