Our History
Established in August 1988, Spectrum Management Ltd. has earned an excellent reputation in the janitorial industry in Vancouver and overseas. We have been steadily adding to our portfolio some of the best known buildings in town over the last 2 decades, varying from a few thousand to a million square feet. Currently, we are cleaning in excess of 4,000,000 sq. ft. of commercial, medical and mixed-use properties in the Greater Vancouver area in addition to providing janitorial consultancy on several large projects in China.
Over the years, we have developed an in-house, proprietary cleaning system – “The Spectrum System“.
